Settings
Open the Settings tab (gear icon) to manage your account, practice defaults, audio routing, offline storage, and lehra accompaniment.
Account
- Your name, email, and Provider (Google, Apple, email) are shown at the top.
- Sign In appears here when you are not signed in. Sign in to create compositions, save practice sessions, and sync across devices. You can browse and play published compositions without signing in.
- Resend verification email appears when your email is unverified.
Practice Defaults
- Default Grid Script — choose Roman or Devanagari for the initial grid view. You can switch per composition with the segmented picker on the player.
- Default Practice Tempo — the BPM used when a composition does not specify one. Individual compositions and playlist entries can still override this.
Recording Audio
- Prefer Device Microphone — when on, recording uses the phone microphone even if headphones are connected. This avoids the lower-quality headset microphone capturing tabla.
Audio And Lehra
The lehra player handles its own raag, laya, Base Sa, and lehra-balance settings. Open Practice → Lehra to choose the active lehra, raag defaults, laya defaults, and Base Sa.
Storage
- Cached Compositions — count of compositions stored locally for offline playback.
- Clear Offline Data — deletes all cached compositions.
- Remove Stale Downloads — keeps the cache but drops entries that no longer exist on the server.
Help And About
Links out to the help site and the privacy policy. The build version is shown at the bottom of this section.
Session
- Sign Out ends the current session. Cached compositions stay available; private data is removed when you next sign in as a different user.
Danger Zone
- Delete Account removes your account and all associated data — compositions, playlists, lehras, bookmarks, practice sessions, and audio recordings. This cannot be undone.
